Our
refund and returns policy is if you are not thrilled with your Kozy items,
you may return them within 7 days for a refund or exchange. We cannot give refunds or returns on personalized orders. If
arrangments have been made for an item that has been personalized a 30%
restocking fee will be applied plus our shipping cost. We cannot accept
items that have been washed or used.

We use the
highest quality 100% cotton flannel available, cuddle satin, which we have
imported especially for our silkies. Our fleece is made by Malden
Mills and is by far the best fleece on the market. Malden Mills
fleece will not pill, fade or shrink. The best part is it's made in
the U.S.A.

shipped our Kozy Kids Company items all over the world. There is a
added shipping charge for orders shipped outside of the continental United States
of $11.00
Their is no additional shipping charge for APO/FPO addresses.
